I ordered a Hybrid Blow Off Valve for my Mazda Speed3. The product itself is good quality, no complaints there, it works as advertised and sounds pretty cool. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 business days to get to me. Customer service was responsive when I asked for an update, which was good. Overall, a positive experience, but they could probably speed up the delivery a little.
